Reduce High Fructose Corn Syrup in the Diet

Have you been having unexplainable symptoms for some time? Do you get rashes, cravings for sweets and starches, or fatigue?

Over 75% of women have one or more common feminine infections each year. Even more have unexplained rashes and other flare-ups.

Many common infections are caused by too much sugar in your system. High-fructose corn syrup packs tons more sugar content than fruits, high-sugar veggies, and cane-sugar.

Consider switching to pure cane sugar (also known as sugar in the raw). This sugar is brown instead of white, and has not been refined. Natural sweeteners you can use for better health include honey, agave, and cinnamon.

If you try a yeast-free diet to avoid sugar in foods and drinks this can help reduce the amount of yeast infections you get overgrown fungus explosion!

You can cut your sugar intake by avoiding certain foods:

Full Sugar Soda
Energy Drinks
Condiments like ketchup, bbq sauce, and sweet salad dressing
Fat-free snack foods

Yeast organisms thrive on sugar, their main nutrient.

Carbohydrates break down in the body into sugars . The excess sugar not burned off into energy is stored in the body. When you have too much stored sugar, the natural fungus organisms grow out of control.

The organisms can also increase due to a recent illness, warm and moist conditions, stress, or allergies. When you eliminate excess sugar from your diet, then you create an environment where fungus organisms cannot live or grow.

Fat-free snacks removed the fat, and then boosted sugar levels to compensate for taste. High levels of sugar spike your blood sugar and create a perfect environment for dangerous yeast overgrowth.

The yeast-free diet helps you replace carbohydrates with proteins and vegetables. You can effectively cut down on excess sugars that are stored in the body. Cutting down on the sugars in high-fructose corn syrup is a great way to get it under control. Boost your body’s ability to burn off sugar before it creates an environment for fungus overgrowth! Cutting out all sugars is not practical, so the diet advises cutting processed sugar; corn syrup sweetened products, simple carbohydrates like cane sugar sweeteners and sweetened soda.

Eating vegetables that are cooked to remain crunchy helps you feel full and stops sugar cravings.

Yeast Infection Home Treatment

Most women make the mistake of running to the drug store at the first sign of a vaginal yeast infection and do not consider the fact that yeast infection home treatment is one of the options open to them.

A good yeast infection home treatment is an alternate to expensive drugstore medications. Natural cures can be much better than spending a lot of money. The over the counter medications can make the symptoms even more uncomfortable than ever (because most of the time, these fungal creams tend to cause discomfort when applied on the vagina).

Yeast infection is widespread among women In fact, it’s estimated that up to 70% of women suffer from vaginal yeast infection at least once.

Yeast can become an overgrowth explosion for many reasons Factors include low estrogen levels, diabetes, contraceptives, and frequent use of feminine care products.

Also, some prescription remedies out there can be harmful because you might end up choosing the one that the particular yeast is resistant to.

That’s money down the drain. More importantly, some people opt to wait it out and let their immune system do all the work.

Don’t do this, as your body may not have a strong enough immunity system to combat the infection.

Your body will need as much cooperation it can get from you!

You’ve probably read a lot of articles advising drastic changes in diet as a yeast infection home treatment.

You might not know that citrus and yogurt are the most powerful foods you can use to fight the infection. Citrus builds up your immunity to fight the infection. Yogurt neutralizes the organisms that cause yeast infection quickly. This is because yogurt contains Lactobacilli, the primary enemy of yeast!

Use these as one option for a do-it-yourself yeast infection home treatment.

There are two options to apply yogurt as a natural treatment. The most effective one involves putting natural yogurt (unflavored and no sugar please) in a plastic tampon container and subsequently freeze them.

This will give you somewhat of a “yogurt suppostitory” that you simply insert in your vagina. You’ll be amazed at how quickly the yogurt acts on the yeast infection.

If you find this too invasive, try consuming lots of yogurt with the goal of getting the Lactobacilli into your digestive system.

Another variation of this would be using garlic instead of yogurt. To apply this, skin the garlic and wrap it in cheesecloth then as in the yogurt example, place it in a tampon container.

Don’t worry because it won’t get stuck there because of the tampon container.

Doing this overnight would usually solve the problem.

The downside of this of course is that you might smell of garlic all the time but I’m sure it will be worth it.

Another option would be the usage of cranberries. Though it’s usually used to treat urinary tract infections, it’s also effective against yeast infections. The acid in the cranberries is similar to citrus.

The consumption of cranberries lower the pH level of your urine and because of this, the acidity of the urine will be helpful in combating the yeast infection itself.

It can be used in conjunction with the yeast infection home treatment. Try combining different yeast infection home treatments, as there is no danger or harm by using them.

Just make sure you’re not allergic to yogurt, garlic citrus or cranberries and you’ll be surprised at how effective a yeast infection home treatment really is.
